So. These are three of my four horses. Ain't they a good lookin' bunch!

Today was not the day it was meant to be...

So, no horse. Not today anyways. Minor trailer issue have delayed picking him up until Sunday. However, I fear that greater misgivings are afoot. 

But should Whiskey not come home with me, and that would be very sad, I did go look at a Reiner today. 

She's a pretty girl, and very sookie too! I like that's she's finished and that she has won money. And she's got a brand. I like that. It's like a badass horse tattoo. 

Christmas night!

Well, it's almost time to pick up my new man... Just one more sleep. So unbelievably excited!! I am speechless.

Oh this is just me and my new horse trailer, lovingly called 'The Green Hornet'. Needs some work, mostly in the wiring, but all things need work on a farm. I'm so So SO HAPPY!  And so proud of my Kee for finding this gem for is!

Late but not forgotten

So, that horse thing I was talking about... Yep well, here he is! Wait a tick, he? I thought it was a she? Well... That one never worked out and some times when you know, you just know!

This is Hugnin. Cool name yea! It's the name of one of Odins crows, it means thought. And he'll need to be a clever boy to live up to that name. 

We also signed up for a horse trailer today. Trailer today, horse next week. I feel like there might be a moral in that sentence. Or it might be 3 am. 

So excited for my new boy!

First day shopping!

So, in an hour I go to view my first horse that I might buy for myself. I guess technically I have a prospect at my house but... We will see how that goes. Video to come. So effing excited!

What's in a flavor

So I've been researching horse wormer online now for what's best. And of course, along with all of them working for their specified bugs, the flavor of those tiny tubes is ABSOLUTLY CRITICAL for its proper fucntion. At least that's what the advertising would have me believe. What I was wondering is who had that job to make sure that it actually tastes that way and like chemicals. Who apples for that job. 'Oh yeah, a job opening as a flavour taster eh? Boy oh boy! I'm all all over that job application!'

Bet that guy was in for a surprise. Any ways, the search continues
